I have chosen hr because i feel I can easily connect myself with people.It gives give the platform to understand people..Understanding people requires too much patience and this quality i do posses. I m extrovert kind of person so it is right platform for me show my talent..

THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE AN ANSWER TO THE QUESTION.
Adrian, I must absolutely agree with you - I am sorry boys
and girls from this forum (and I believe all from Asian
subcontinent) but you have no bloody clue about HR! Your
answers are vague, in most cases don't make any sense, not
to mention lots of grammatical mistakes... If you tend to
answer this way during an interview, I see no future for
you, or even worse - no future for HR within the
organization that hires you!

i choose my career in hr because hr. hr is not only deals
with human but also welfare of employees as well as
organiosation.i thougtht of iam very capable of judging
persons mind.so if i judge the persons mind i can recruit
the right employee and i can understand that how well he
will serve the organisation.hr not only recruits and also
learns things from management iam a quick learner so i feel
i will be loyal to my job.and espicially iam a good
coomunicater and i have a good admin skills. i thought that
admin and hr are same because admin deals with results and
hr deal with people if hr recruits a right emloyee then the
organisation will get good results. these are things
motivated me to opt for hr.

Hello friends!Firstly, we should never begin a sentence
saying, "According to me".PLease do note this point.We can
start with, "In my opinion".I liked Mr.Balamurugan's answer
very much.Hatsoff 2 u friend.I would like 2 say why i chose
HR as my career.The success of an organization depends upon
how well each n every employee contributes.An HR does the
role of selcting the right candidate and moulding the
candidate as per the requirement through training.I would
say it is the most toughest but an interesting job to go
with. We would get to know different attitudes and

i chose hr as my career as HR is the profession which has
to take care of the most important asset of any
organization, the people.The human resources are
responsible for achieving the oganizational goal & this
happens through the hr manager who helps this human
resource to allign its goals with the
organization.Moreover, i think that whatever skills &
competencies thatin the best possible way. i have, best
match to this profession & this match will enable me to use
my capabilities

HR activities involve all functional areas link dealing with different type of situations and different type of people which acts as bridge between management and employees.To mould an employee to the requirement of the organisation is important, where in i can mould employees with my skill in problm solving, giving successfull environment to the management and ofcourse upto my to my interested field also.

I consider myself as people's person. I tend to interact
with new people irrespective of their level, which is a
major requisite for being an HR. So i believe that I could
utilize myself to the best in human resources. Moreover I'm
long-tempered. I have patience which is also essential for
