hai friends this is harish with BBM & MSW in HR,i choose HR
as my career because as you know HR is mother of all the
department, he has more power, authourity,responsibility
when compare to to all employee in other departments.And
HR now days not only treated as employee,he is also like as
a partner of the organisation,he is the main reponsible for
the growth of business.and also i love to handle people
more than things.

HR is like a bridge between Top Management and Employees in
the organization. It's all about communicating the Top
Management to Employees and Employees to the Top
Management. Hence i feel that i am effective performer in
these activities and so i have choosen HR as my career.
