Hai i am nagaraju.i am choosing HR as my career because the role of HR department in any company has become really important .HR is try to build a peaceful and solid organization.It will useful to how we utilize human power.we understand psychology of employees or workers like attitude,behaviour,needs,wants,..etc and we select right persons for a right job at a rigt time.we control disputes bitween workers and management,and within workers.HRM is create peaceful working environment in an organization so HRM is my career.

Hi im srilata.Iam doing my MBA with HR specialisation.i think a complete mba only done when that include finance,marketing,HR.BUT According to me im more comfortable in hr because it relates with human relations and tackling problems with human being is easy as compare to machines and other equipments.

Hi Friends,First let me tell the truth about HR, it is the
booming industry in the World. HR people has more
responsibility than any other people. Because all people in
this world are working for money and get some satisfaction
in their work by the people of HR who only are taking care
of the employee and the management.
Fresher's are not having the entire notion of what hr is
all about. They are thinking that the people who ask the
questions in the interview.But rather than that hr people
has lot of works like salary processing,visa
processing,esi,pf,gratuity and other important job is
making good relationship between employees and the
management,then only organization get rapid move in their
economic level and also side by side our country also will
be developing in economic level.

this is a very repetive question but i realy cant answer this question y should we take u in our college/company
