hi people i choose hr because i think i can understand people easily,what they trying to say and what their body language indicate.In hr profession one has to be very friendly with others which i am.I am very comfortable to talk with anyone and i also make others to talk freely with me.

I'm student of MBA and my field is hrm. Basically hr duties
include dealing with persons in organization. The main task
of hr manger to use the workers efficiently. This job is
very difficult because you need to develop your

different people. Its not a simple task. Its requires lots
