This is N.Sravani completed my MBA in Kurnool dist.
HR activities involve all functional areas link dealing with different type of situations and different type of people which acts as bridge between management and employees.To mould an employee to the requirement of the organisation is important, where in i can mould employees with my skill in problm solving, giving successfull environment to the management and ofcourse upto my to my interested field also.
