Why did you choose HR as your career?..

Answer / shiva govander

As per my view to be a good HR person we need to have excellent interpersonal skills, good friendly attitude, decision making skills etc.

An HR is the back bone in an organization. Right from recruiting the suitable candidate to training and then performance appraisal and then compensation and then exit interview...everything every step involves an HR.

So, if you want to be a soul of an organization not just a part of it, you should be an HR.

Why did you choose HR as your career?..

Answer / albert siba touama guemou

Thank you for providing me the opportunity to explain myself.
My name is Albert Siba Touama Guemou. I am native of Conakry, Republic of Guinea, located in West Africa.
I am pursuing my post graduation course in Human Resource Management, second year and third semester at Aditya Educational Institutions, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. And I completed my degree in my country at General Lansana Conte University with 7.65% out of 10.
Two months back, I was nominated by Africa association as the best football manager after leading the team within 4 months. In the same month, I was recognized by the Vice Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions as one of the best organizer of Aditya football League.
I choose this RH profession because HRM helps us to deal with different people from different backgrounds and also helps us to estimate what employees are exactly in need.
I am a problem solver, a good team player and goal oriented person.
I cannot say no to people when the need help from me; I believe that I am quiet, direct and strait; sometimes I use to have a short temper.
In ma family, we are 5 members, my father is teacher, my mother is nurse and my sisters and my brother are students.
In my free time, I like to play football with my friends on DSA ground, in afternoon time.
Well that’s all about me. However, if you would like to know any for the detail, I will be glad to share it.

Answer / malkeet kaur

human resource is a term which include all the human and
resources linked with the human.i opted hr at first because
in today's business organization, to achieve success an hr
executive is must and i can get the job in that field but
later after getting job within one month i come to
understand that hr has a very wide scope.as much as i learn
in hr that is not enough.i have to regularly work hard to
be a best hr manager.hr is only a such job profile through
which i can interact with different people to understand
them and help the organization, indirectly supporting them
through best recruitment,induction,selection and grievance
handling and satisfying both employee and organization in
negotiable terms.mainly hr can improve the 75% success of
the organization.
