has there own importance aw well as problem.The each persons
are unique as their own perception so when we handle with
such people there is a need to understand the differences
between them.The problem and crisis are confronted only by a
well versed person who has proved his talents in dealing
with people.so,I am strongly believe in my strength and
capacity for face any problem that come with people .There
is nothing can achieve without
initiative,self-confidence,positive thinking,perseverance

Hi i am have completed my PGDBM(HR) in 2006, since then i did not work anywhere more than one month although i did many jobs. i do not have any certificate in my hand. I also learned some web designing languages like ASP 3.0, ASP.NET etc.,now when i go to the interview what should i tell to the interviewer what i did in last two years
