Hi all,
All the ans given are right but needs to be few
things mentioned. Recruitment is just not the process to
hire some one for job however understanding the
organizations needs, job profile and requirements,few
qualities accroding to the job requirment.
organization just give an idea to
HR dept to hire a person under few needs.it is not
importemt that selected person shuold have good
communication skills. no, he should be have all the
qualities which is very importent for specific job being
given to candidate.
Recruitment is the procedure to understanding
the job needs and filling them up by given a usefull and
qualified person to the organization
