hi i am ilakia I m pursuing Finance & hr in
management studies.HR is a profession which helps to mold
ourself according to
different people. Its not a simple task. Its requires lots
and lots of patience. I believe i do have patience. This is
the major reason to choose HR as my profession. I m
interested in finding (fault correcting) and solving the
problems. And i m interested in knowing myself. better
understand human psychology. i think there is a passion in
