As jobs become more team-oriented, assessment centers will
be used more often for non-management jobs. Do you agree or
disagree?
Answer / Ankit Pathak
The use of assessment centers in the hiring process is not necessarily tied to job being management or non-management. Assessment centers can be used for any position where a standardized and comprehensive evaluation of candidates' skills, behaviors, and potential is desired. While team-oriented jobs might benefit from such an approach, it is not exclusive to them.
