infact, I believe i would say that certainly i should not
miss this opportunity to ask you about yoursself(to
interviewer) One can ask him about his life experience as
well one should try to make the environmment more frienlier
or make it more enjoyable by cracking some jokes if
somebody has some talent

Hi,

As per my experience, change is always better if it really
benficial for employee. Experiencing difference interviews
will also help to diagnose the area where the candidate
supposed to develop his/her skills/experience.

I think that you are recruiting only on particular(
routine or same ) designation/cadre/profile/qualification.
so, you can have ur recruitment on different
designation/cadre/profile/qualification.
