Why did you choose HR as your career?
Answer Posted / malkeet kaur
human resource is a term which include all the human and
resources linked with the human.i opted hr at first because
in today's business organization, to achieve success an hr
executive is must and i can get the job in that field but
later after getting job within one month i come to
understand that hr has a very wide scope.as much as i learn
in hr that is not enough.i have to regularly work hard to
be a best hr manager.hr is only a such job profile through
which i can interact with different people to understand
them and help the organization, indirectly supporting them
through best recruitment,induction,selection and grievance
handling and satisfying both employee and organization in
negotiable terms.mainly hr can improve the 75% success of
the organization.
