In SAP 4 types of memories are there.
1.Roll memory 2. Extended memory 3.Heap memory
4.Page memory(For ABAP)
System monitoring is CUA(Central user administration) it
can be done by RZ20.
Sessions u can open in any screen by clicking the
tab "Create new Session"

System Monitoring is CCMS not CUA. CCMS is configured and
used by RZ20 and RZ21.

and also rdisp/max_alt_modes is the profile parameter

System monitring is done in rz20
