To find the pressure due to column of water at any point of
tank
p_pressure at particular point of tank.
h_height of liquid column from that point to top of tank.
d_density of liquid in the tank.
g_specific gravity of liquid.

it is the formula to calculate the level of an open tank by the head static pressure, density and gravitational force as well as.0 for eg:
P_ pressure
h_hight of tank
d_dencity of liquied
g_gravity of liquied
by using this we can find level and pressure of tank
