I THINK IT IS NOT 110MM IT IS 10MM . FOR SIZE OF ROD THE
LAP LENGTH IS 50 TIMES THE DIAMETER THEREFORE
50X10=500MM.FROM IS 456 200.

50D for Tension zone : 50*10 =500 mm
45D for compression zone : 45*10 =450 mm
