Sap End user is nothing but the customer,

Try to understand his basic requirements,
Know the exact production pocess on which he is working,

Map those processes in simpler way and give him the
confidence and hands on experience with SAP System.

Tell him the importance of the system and how his work will
be reduced after implementing the SAP-PP Module.

Be specific about the current scenario he is facing ,work
on configuration to give him best solution and be frank to
tell if config not possible.

Being a SAP Consultant we must understand the end user's requirements and their scenarios and explain them by Presenting the Business blue print how their scenarios have been mapped in SAP.
