YES WE CAN MODIFY THE CUSTOMISED SCHEMA. THE REASION IS,
ACCORDING BUSINESS REQUIREMENT WE CAN DO THE MODIFICATION IN
U000 SCHEMA. FOR EXAMPLE TO RUN OFF-CYCLE PAYROLL/ TIME
QUOTA COMPENSATIION, WE CAN DO THE U000 SCHEMA MODIFICATION.

WE CAN WRITE CUSTOME PCR'S FOR OFF-CYCLE PAYROLL AND TIME
QUOTA COMPENSATION IN US PAYROLL.

- The Standard Schema has to be customize to incorporate
unique company pay practices and union requirements.
- The safeguard has to be developed in the payroll process
to ensure that only the payroll records which have complete
data are passed to Post payroll Processing i,e, FI.
- The standard schema has to be adjusted to incorporate the
Company's benefits to its employees according to the
employee groups and other reasons.


The Original version of the Schema is stored T52C0 .
Modified version of Schema is stored in T52C1 .

Hi, Could any one please explain various business scenarios handled in sap.THis was the question i was asked in the interview i explained to an extent but he is not satisfied. Secondly if a person is terminated what will happen to data how long it will be maintained in the master data? Thirdly if a person is in contract is made to permanent what are the transactions carried out? If a person is terminated whether his data is deleted immediately. How long his data will be stored in the database whether it is permanently deleted or not? Pls answer for these questions asap. Thanks Priya
