Integration between OM and PA is required to get default
for job,position,org unit in IT0001.
Infogroup is used to group all the activities in a
sequence. Ex. All infotypes which are required for hiring
are grouped in one infogroup.
Link between 0007 and 0008 id done because default working
hours in 0008 are reterived from 0007.

particular task for ex:-(Hiring action, transfor,
pramotion, termination)in a sequence order we use
infogroups. And we can restrict the end user through
infogroup.

Link between 0007 and 0008 we retrive the number of hours
from 0007 infotype to calculate the per hour rate in 0008
infotype for basic pay.

the perpose, to have integration between OM&PA, we can
default object types like root organizasion, department,
job, position, work center, task catalog.

perpose of infogroup is, which is used to infotypes for a
perticular personnel actions, like, joining, termination,
transfer, probation, conformation, separation, pre-
saparation, re-joining,--------etc.
The link betwenn 0007&0008 infotyes, employee percentage
and capacity utilization level.

SAP Keeps data about a persons relationship in the
organisation in two places ie., OM and PA. Bcoz if any
company implementing any of one module, te SAP decided to
store in two places. To overcome the problem of storing in
two places, Sap integrating between OM and PA set on, to
create data in one and automatically duplicated in the other.

we can integrate OM and PA, fully or partially through
feature PLOGI.

If we are using only OM and want to implement PA, by running
report RHINTE10 or RHINTE30 to create the data in PA.

If we are using PA and want to implement OM, by running
report RHINTE00 to create data in OM.

Creating missing objects in both sides by using RHINTE20 or
RHINTE20_ALT.

If the integration is on, we have change IT 0001 through
PA40(Personnel Action) only or we can maintain through PA30.
