I am giving the answer considering you have DEV, TST, & PRD
systems and suppose you have deleted your TMS
configuration. and you need to reconfigure you TMS.

1. Login to the system you want to Config as Domain
Controller(PRD system) in client 000 with auth... similar
to DDIC.
2. Give Tcode STMS it will need ask you to define itself as
domain controller, make yes, as this it will create some
configuration files in sap & OS level.
3. then in overview of systems you may Create Virtual
systems on the name of your other systems as DEV & QAS,
4. make sure your all systems can connected via Lan .
5. Login to the other systems from client 000 similar like
PRD.
6. Use Tcode STMS it will also ask you to make them domain
controller, here choose other configuration and define PRD
system as the domain controller and give require fileds.
7. login to the Domain controller, Tcode STMS-> systems
overview, you will find other systems are waiting to be
approved to be a part of this domain, approve them
8. Configure Transport root from Domain controller and
distribute the configuration to all system.

first u have to logon the Development Server..thru,

client:- 000

than 1 step is use SE06 t-code.
2 step is use STMS t-code

Logon to the domain controller system(which is before you
choosed)
Client : 000
User : DDIC & Appropriate password(Default 19920706).
Use se06 t-code configure the CTS , then Use STMS add the
system name and add with domain contoller.
Same the procedure in other servers also configure system
with domain.
Go to first server then accept all systems which is add
from other servers in stms.
Then configure the transport roots (Consolidate and
delivery roots).
Now we can transport the datas.

Logon to SAP [ System - MRL ] in 000 Client.

Transaction Code to Start Transport Managment System : STMS
on MRL [ Domcon ]
If there is no Transport Domain you need to configure:
System : SID
Description : Shor Description
Name : Transport Domain name.

MRL is set as Domain Conrtoller
Once it is done the follwing message appear :
You are logged on to the domain controller.
The trasport route configuration is inconsistent.
Step III
Activate, Update and Distribute new configuration.
Click System Overview Button to see the details of the
Domain Controller and the systems
Transport Management System

in the Domain.
If the status is not Active then activate it by clicking
the follwing button.
Then Click on Update Configuration Button.
Then Click Distribute Button
Step - IV
Logon to SAP [ System - MRL ] in 000 Client.
Client No : 000

Start Transport Management System
Transaction Code to Start Transport Managment System : STMS
on IDS [ Sapides ]
Include the system into Transport Domain.
It Displays previous information that it has been
configured with.

To change Domain Controller and other information
If you wish to change the details of the above information
Click Other Configuration Button.
Step VI
Select Include System in Domain.
Click Save Button
Then following message appears saysing theis system is
waint to be includend in the Transport
Domain.
Switch to MRL server
Click on System Overview Button.

To get information on Status feild click Legend Button.
Observe the status of IDS system it is not yet activated
click on Activate button to activate
Observer the staus bar as it reads :
Click Update information Button
Click Distribute Configuration Button
Switch to IDS system and Clcik Refresh screen

click on post installation activities.
then excute tcode stms
there it will ask for domain controller name,
enter system ID, of the domain controller,
enter domain_sid as domain controller name and enter
description.
click on save button.
