Why is it that Only in SAP-BI / SAP-BW Systems do you have
the Profile parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time to be set to a
value greater than 600 secs.

This is Because the BI / BW systems handle large amount of
data.
The background processes that require to fetch data from the
R/3 server require lot of time.
So if u set the work process time to 600 secs the time would
not b sufficient to handle the task.
