Logon to the domain controller system(which is before you
choosed)
Client : 000
User : DDIC & Appropriate password(Default 19920706).
Use se06 t-code configure the CTS , then Use STMS add the
system name and add with domain contoller.
Same the procedure in other servers also configure system
with domain.
Go to first server then accept all systems which is add
from other servers in stms.
Then configure the transport roots (Consolidate and
delivery roots).
Now we can transport the datas.

In the Sap Easy Access Menu I see the menu System -> User Profiles ->Own Data. Other options Hold Data is to keep data values that you have entered in a field of an application for the duration of the session; SET DATA not to overwrite the data and DELETE DATA to delete the set data.
