Dictionary By clicking on Table Maintenance Generator option
Under Utilities Of Main Menu

Or Else You can Create Using Tcode- SE54 By specifying the
Table Name and select the Generator Radio Button.

Once You created the Table Maintenance Generator, You can
Edit Through Tcode- SM30.

It is Verified.
