In DDIC, we can create F1 help in Data Element... we have
an option of providing documentation... which will be
available while we are pressing F1 in the field...

While coming to reports..... We can provide F1 help for a
particular field using Function
Module "HELP_OBJECT_SHOW_FOR_FIELD"
In AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON HELP-REQUEST....
