Text determination is happens at the both Sales order header level & Sales order item level. In header text we mostly maintain the text data related to Customer.
In item text we mostly maintain the text data related to Material, i.e. information about material.

In header text of Sales order we mostly maintain the text data related to Customer in text format. i.e Some note for Customer.
In Item text of Sales order we mostly maintain the text data related to material in text format. i.e Some note related to Material.

If wrong please let me make correct.

If I created sales order for 10 pcs of materials. Now I want to give a sample to the customer which he will refund to company after 10 days. How we will process this scenario in SAP?

when ever i post the stock in the plant through mb1c  i am getting the following error. "posting only possible in periods 2014/10 and 2014/09 in company code ****. I did mmpv. In Third Party sale process, I am getting an error- in MIRO(Error No. M8889-A/c 893010 has been set as not relevant for Tax, but when I want to change the Account Assignment in ME21 it is taking only G/L A/C 893010 and refusing all other G/L A/C's by giving 2 errors. They are ME045-G/L A/c 39010 cannot be used(please correct)and ME038-No direct posting can be made to G/L A/C 34000. Experts please share your knowledge to solve this problem. Warm Regards.
