Ans: No much sure as to what exactly you meant by Service
Profile. Are you talking about Subject Profile? If yes, then
you can assign the Subject Profile to Service Orders,
Complaint, Service Confirmation Documents. It is a field
which gives the field technician more information about a
Product that needs to be repaired.

Q.After IBAS installed where to assign customer?

Ans: Once the IBASE is created in the system, you can assign
the partner related information to it in the Partner
Assignment Block. In the Tx: IB52 ( IBASE Change/Modify )
you can assign the Partner/Customer related information.

Q.What is product equipment?

Ans : Not very sure about what you are taking about. Product
is a master data which is present in both CRM and R/3. In
R/3, there exists the concept of Equipment. In the CRM, you
can transfer the Equipment from the R/3. You need to trigger
an initial load.

Q.How to transfer sales order to r/3 system

Ans : Transferring of Sales Order data from CRM to R/3 is a
very intricate process. You need to follow both technical
and customization steps. You can get the complete guideline
in SAP HELP Portal. Follow that closely and then you can
replicate Sales Order from CRM to R/3 System.
