Ans: No much sure as to what exactly you meant by Service
Profile. Are you talking about Subject Profile? If yes, then
you can assign the Subject Profile to Service Orders,
Complaint, Service Confirmation Documents. It is a field
which gives the field technician more information about a
Product that needs to be repaired.
Q.After IBAS installed where to assign customer?
Ans: Once the IBASE is created in the system, you can assign
the partner related information to it in the Partner
Assignment Block. In the Tx: IB52 ( IBASE Change/Modify )
you can assign the Partner/Customer related information.
