It is a routine that is written by an ABAP consultant
according to the business requirement. By defining
Requirement in condition technique we can restrict the
access to condition type. e.g. Rebate are to be included
during billing document processing and not in the sales
document processing. For rebate we use the condition type
say BO01 to BO05 and the requirement column we give the
value 24 which is "Only in Billing Document". This
requirement will ensure that these condition types will
appear only during the billing document processing. VOFM is
used to maintain Requirement and for Sales application V is
used.

REQUIREMENT IS A CONDITION WHICH SYSTEM CHECK EVERY TIME WHILE DETERMINING THE CONDITION TYPE INTO SALES DOCUMENT. IF THE REQUIREMENT IS FULFILL THEN REQUIREMENT DETERMINR IN SALES DOCUMENT.
YOU CAN DEFINE YOUR REQUIREMENT WITH HELP OF ABAPER THROUGH T-CODE: VOFM.

FEW STANDARD REQUIREMENT:
2: IT CHECKS ITEM CATEGORY PRICING FIELD X/B ALSO CHECK CONDITION EXCLUSION.
4: (VPRS)DETERMINE COST FIELD IN ITEM CAT SHOULD BE CHECKED.
9: (SKTO)CASH DISC IN MATERIAL MASTER SHOULD BE CHECKED.
55: R100- PRICING FIELD IN ITEM CATEGORY SHOULD ONLY B.

It is a 'ROUTINE' that is written by ABAPER to specify certain requirement to the condition type that should be taken in to consideration during sales order processing.These routine written by ABAPER in T.code VOFM.
Example:24 for BO02 it is activated only billing Doc. It is not activated in sales order

determining as howthe system must recognise the condtion
table in the consdtion record and that if the valeus
givenhere must be statifed with the values given in the
item categrory for the sals doc /

for exg is the condtion type ispr00 then it must be for
std pricing
if itis for r100 then itmust befor foc
ifit pmin then it must be for min price
and so on
