There is no configuration step for parking a document. It
is a standard document posting activity in SAP.

FBV0 Post Parked Document
FBV1 Park Document

Parking document is the standard functionality available in
SAP. The T code for Parking and posting are different.
Depending upon the need of the business process the parking
or posting would be used.

Yes, there is no separate configuration for parking, if we
want park any document we can park before the document
posting. for that we can select menu items for parking and
posting in menu bar. otherwise we have some transaction
code for parked documents separately.

Hi Pankaj,

What ever the explaination give above is correct. In any
organization Park document is used for approvals.

For ex. when cashier post a document as park and send msg
to manager through work place for approval, then manager
approval those documents either data maintain my cashier or
he may change any data in transation like date of document,
amount etc

There is no seperate config. settings for the parked
doucument in the system, however a predefied tcodes may
used for the same.

Send message to Superiors SO00

Post/Delete Parked documents FBV0

Send message to Subordinate SO00

Display the changes of parked documents FBV5
