login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value '0' in the
instance or default profile

Login using SAP* and pass as the password, if you havent
got any User master record already created for SAP*, If so
go and delete the user master record from table usr02 for
username as SAP* and mandt = 100.

i m showing steps what i had done for creating profile
parameter.

1) enter tcode RZ10 , browse instance profile, click on
create and enter descption and copy.

2) select on extended and click on changes.
3) create new parameter and enter parameter
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value '0' .

4)copy and back, copy and back , copy and back ,
save ,check and activated.
5) restart system.
6)check with new client but not take any effect.
these given steps . Is right or wrong ?
if it is wrong pls give me right steps.

Hi,

The parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar resides in
Default profile, make necessary change there,

and restart the system,

1. check scc4, new client entry exists or not?
2. change the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 0
in default profile,
3. restart the system,
4. login to new client using sap* password pass,

I go with Nagaraju , after setting parameter , log in to
new client using SAP* and PASS logincredential.

you need to create your entry in scc4 after your did the
said practice and inly then you will get to login with sap*
and pass

hi..
yes i deal with those guies log as sap* as username and
password pass.
the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value '0'
it's compalsory after created new client. it's not befor
login in the new client

i also restart system.

first create new client by scc4 then make necesscary
changes has to made to profile by tcode rz10 then logoff
the application server then again u start the sys then it
will take sap* and pass is the password
