After creating new client using SCC4 need to restart system.
Befor restart the system maine the below parameter in instance profile.
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0.
After restart you can login sap* and masterpassword

Hi ,

you must be remmembered the master password which you have
given during the time of installation .the same password
you can give over there. for both DDIC and SAP*
