This is a very large question, but I tried to resume it:
We supose you have the rest of Master data created (Work
Center, Bill of Material, Routing ) , so I will only
explain the differences;
1.- Material Master: You have to create Product Versions

Hi,
To customize this first need to maintain the Master data,
1) Material Master-> MRP4-> create & add Producion version,
2) Define the BOM-> CS01.
3) Create a Rate Routing->CA21.
And in Transaction data,
1) Create a Planned independent Requirements->MD61,
2) Run MRP->MD02,
3) Review the capacity through Planning Table->MF50,
4) Finally can create the Product Cost Collector->KKF6N.
Note:
KKF6N is a integration between PP & FICO.
