First of all make PP master data,before that create your
orgnisation structure,
After that go as bellow,
In material master view SELECT REM ALLOWED,
IN CUSTOMIZING [OPP3] SELECT THE REM PROFILE,
AGAIN IN MRP4 VIEW CREAT PRODUCTION VERSION BY USING TRSN
CODE C221.
CARRY OUT BATCH MANAGEMENT ,BATCH ASSIGNMENT, PP-PI SHEET,
MASTER RECEIPE,
go for product cost collector KKF6N,
