The freight charges are condition records and condition
type is maitained in pricing procedure. the correct
transaction to creat condition records is VK11/VK12/VK13.

To calculate freight cost you have to configure shipment
cost in Logistic Execution/Transportation. Shipment cost is
then settled and it is posted in FICO. This is complex
configuration.

If you do not have Transportation module configured you can
maintain in pricing procedure
1) KF00 conditon type at item level where you have to
maintain incoterm and incoterm 1(e.g. Frankfurt). In VK11
you can maintain this
2) Instead of charging freight for each item if you want to
apply only one freight charge at header level use HD00
manually entered. Remember you should make HD00 as Group
condition tick marked so if you apply $4000 it will be this
amount only. If you do not make group condition cost will
be distributed to each item as $4000 and if there are 2
items your cost may be $8000

3) Generally Freight is dependent on weight and volume so
Alt Base Condition type Routine 12 for gross wight and
routine 13 for net weight is applied. So ABAPer help for
this. Or you can assign directly in pricing procedre and
calculate accordingly.

Yes 2,6,8 these are right answers, just want to add
something on it.

You have to maintain incoterm in customer master and
incoterm is case sensetive. While maintaining fright in
VK11 --> KF00 u must maintain same incoterm (remember its
case sensitive).
eg: In cutomer master u have maintain incoterm -"MUMBAI"
and in VK11 u maintain "mumbai" then this condition record
will save in system but wont reflect in pricing procedure
becoz it is case sensitive.

Freight charges are based on incoterms.
i.e. incoterms 1 and incoterm 2 together (refer sales order
to find these fields)
i.g. FOB Hamburg.
In vk11 you will find that values will be based on incoterms.

Client want in billing all the header and item level items should be  displayed. We need to configure it.   I am testing example of Header Level BOM. Can anyone please suggest the settings behind that. SO what I did In TAE - Billing relevancy I set as A and Stats as Y. We did no changes in TAQ. I checked it was not working, then I went back to VOV7 and in TAE in item type is- B which means text items I removed that and made it as standard, now both in delivery and billing all the items are visible and billing is only taking the price of TAQ that is the main item. Is is the right way or am i following something wrong procedure and needs to change something. Now if the item type is B- text item material is not available in delivery and if I will enter as blank material will be available in delivery but picking can be done.
