Check in ur quotaion. whether all the 5 line items have same item categories.

the remaining 2 line items must be having different item categories.

if they are different, then in their copy control settings in VTAA, select ur item category and in copying requirements, select rule as 301, it must 302 there which is "do not copy item"

It is heard that an experience certificate should be shown in my c.v. to get a sap job ; In that case my question is -- - one and half years of experience or two years of experience ---- does it indicate fresher ? In a Third party Sales order process company is not delivering the goods directly to the customer so why there is need to do Goods Receipt Process T-code :(MIGO) transaction in SAP as there is no physical delivery of goods is taking place in Company? Even if we are doing it symbolically in SAP system then the stocks are going to pile up, so why we need to do MIGO transaction. Tell me the logic behind it? Please reply asap...
