Hi User acceptance is not done by us but by the customer
and is done at finalisation stage before we go in for
transferrign the data to PRODUCTION SERVER .
In UAT it is the user or customer who runs the complete
cycle ( user; supr user and power user ) and see if any bugs
are there or not if yes then the concerned dept works out
that bug .

We have it in suport ; configuration ; ehancement and
support ads each one of it needs to be tested whenever
there is any change made from the actual one

CLIENT INVOLUTION IN UCT AND TESTING TEAM IN FRONT OF
CUSTOMER TEST ALL CUSTOMER EXPECTATION IS MATCH WITH ACTUAL
AND EXPECTED IN APPLICATION .

When we make changes by writing a new programme or adding
some new functionality in the sap. In adition to the tests
we guys do before making the change final, we need to go
for UAT (User accepatance test) just to take endorsement
for the user for the same.

This is possible in support and roll out projects

while doing of implementation project we need get UAT(user acceptence testing)in two phases
1.Business Blue print:once we done the AS IS-TO BE ,than we will send it (BBP document ) to core user ,he will go through if every thing is perfect he can give the UAT.
2.Final preparation :once we done all the testing the reguest will move Devlopment server to Quality server it happened at Realigation phase ,once requset has moved to Quality server than we will ask to coreuser test the configuration .He will test each configuration if every thing is ok than he can give the ACT,once we get a act here request will move to Quality serever to Prouduction server.

we nedd to get UAT while doing Support project also : once we solved the issue in devlopment sever than we will ask to coruser test the senario ,than he will test and give the UAT.
