i like to deal with people from my childhood. I have to
mingle all kinds of people while i am building my career in
hr. it provides different kinds of experience of life.
Apart from that Dealing a human resource is more tough
when compared to deal with a product or with numbers. I
like to take that challenge.

The job aspirant of any field (Sales, BD, Finance, ....)
would have to face initial screening with the down-line HR
executive to enter into a company, where as there is no
other field where even the downline executive is not
provided with high priority / importance.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working. I have also got a bit of sales experiences in between this. Currently I am doing PGD in HRM from ICFAI & has done a Management Development Programme from IIM(Indian Institute of Management).
