for one thing don't join Enterprise Logic.. that Vinod is a cheat. Plus spending 20000 is a waste there. Find some guys who teach you personally. there are some really good tutors out there.
About Certification- Its worth it! There is a lot of demand for the Certified guys. Since you seem to have domain exp its gonna help you even more! I'm Certified candidate myself in ABAP. But choose Genovate over Siemens. Siemens attitude toward students is very bad. Genovate has given good placement assistance as well.
Anyways.. its up to you.. but don't go to Enterprise logic.. you can learn SD for lesser cost.

good decission , as per my knowledge hyderabad is best
place to do a software course. bangalore is too costly to
do and the training is not much effective than hyderabad .
in hyd there r many best institues and onemore thing u can
learn how to prepare resumes, putting fake experience and
many more ..

all they charge very LARGE AMOUNT(RS 15000 TO 20000) and
you will not get PERSONAL TEACHING which is very much
required for SAP SD.So get trained in minimal amount just
