Documents required to be sent along with truck are:
Delivery Challan
Invoice or Proforma Invoice or Bill, any one of these
Way Bill issued by Sales Tax authorities.
and Form 31 if it is interstate transportation of goods.

1) Invoice (Commercial Invoice and Excise invoice; these can
be two separate documents or clubbed into one) .
2) Some states like all the North Eastern states, West
Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgad, UP, Haryana, Andhra
Pradesh, etc require the Sales Tax Permit to accompany the
consignment.

These are the only two documents which the trucker must carry.

Other documents like Delivery Challan, Packing slip, etc are
optional and depend upon the individual business need.

Apart from the above answer #7, if the consignment is meant
for export, then:

1) form ARE1 for export of non-Excise Duty paid material or
where Excise duty drawback is intended.

2) Nepal/Bhutan Invoice for export to these countries.

In both the above cases material is dispatched under the
seal of Excise authorities.

ARE1 form enables the exporter to claim Excise duty
exemption or ED Drawback. Nepal/Bhutan invoice enables the
importer in those countries to claim some rebates in customs
duty as per the laws prevailing in those countries.

HI,My name is Rafiq,i have completed my sap sd training from a good institute,and have very good knowledge on sap sd its been 1 1/2 yr learnt sap , i keep daily practising.I HAVE 6yrs of domain exp, but no real time sap exp. how do i go abt it.People say add fake exp of 4yrs and take a chance,is it a good idea , but here is always a risk factor. let me know how to go abt it. it would be appreciated. thanks for reading.

Hi Friends I have completed my M.B.A in 2006. I have 5yrs of experice in Marketing. I completed SAP SD course also. But problem is i dont have good acadamic. I am a average student.
