when ever i create sales order the pricing condition is not coming automatically. The discount condition types like k004,k005,k007 are comes automatically,but pr00 is not coming automatically i entered manually. What could be the reason. Pls explaine me anybady. Hi ..I want to know about credit for return ,credit,debit process in SAP? (For ex..lets assume this the scnorio...... we delivered 100 qty of a prod to the customer and we done the invoice also.customer found 30 qty of prod are damaged or Faulty material and he sent back 30 damged material and ask credit for return? kindly note this...customer doesn't ask the 30 material for the damged 30.He asks only credit.In this situation wat ll v do? can any one explain....pls

Hi Team, this question is related to 3rd party. customer is given order for 20 materials and vendor delivered to customer only 10 material . As per my knowledge vendor invoice will be for 10 material and customer invoice will be for 10 material but my question is how billing quantity will change in sales order against which we have need to create customer invoice for 10 material only. what configuration we need to do for update sales order quantity for order related billing for customer. how vendor will deliver rest 10 material to close this order? could you please share your input with screen shot. in material sub stution when we sell the sub stute material with main item price it will display the list of materials with main price or only one substute material is substuted automatically in first senario i practed it will display the list of materials but price taking it's oown price.in 2 case substute item is picking main item price but it is possible for only one substute item only.may question is it possible to display list of material case 2?thanking you in advance
