What are the GAP analysis you identified in your project?..

GAP analysis is nothing but identifying the things which is
not available in SAP as per the clients requirement and the
business process.To fulfill this GAP we take the help from
the ABAP ERS and try to full fill those GAP and match it
with SAP.

GAP Analysis will be done in BBP phase of ASAP Methodology...It is nothing but difference between As Is and To Be..means in BBP, SAP team gathers all the requirements from the business owners and map with the standard SAP...if anything goes beyond standard SAP then we called it as GAP then we have to fill the GAP by User Exits, BADIs ets by writing Functional Specs...

GAP Analysis is the additional features which are not
available in the SAP Standard system - i.e. the particular
customization may not be available in the Standard system
and for the same we have to incorporate additional features
in SAP - Identifying this type of scenarios is GAP Analysis.

when you study as is at that time you havve to consider gap
analysis.
some data cant tranfer to sap,those data cant impiment,
with the help of gap analysis you can plan it for
implimentation.
