To create a Customer Account Group in SAP SD, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Customizing (IMG) menu. 2. Navigate to Sales and Distribution > Master Records > Customizing for Customer Masters > Customer Master Data > Basic Settings > Customer Account Groups. 3. Here, you can create a new group by pressing the 'Create' button. 4. Enter a name and other relevant details for your new customer account group.
