This relay is usually employed in sub-station to avert sharp drop in frequency due to sudden additional load or drop in generating capacity . The setting may 0.3 Hz / sec. Under such condition ,this relay will open selected outgoing feeders to reduce the load

I want to build 100 megawatt hydel dam. What does mean, 100 MW per hour? then how many electric bulb of 100 Watts the dam would lit?
