May be coal consumption is high. And the major issue is that the temperature of flue gas may reduced to below the acidic dew point then the tube erosion will occur in economiser coils and ESP also will disturb like lesser efficiency due to low charging performance.

Acidic dew point means that, H2So4 phase change occur from gaseous state to liquid state.
