number / Name it self,It derives the sales from the CMR

if we do not provide the sales area in the initial order
enter screen, the sales area is derived form the Sold to
party which you enter. If the master data for this sold to
party exists in several sales area, then a dialog box
appears for selection of the sales area.

If you have entered a different sales area and enter sold to
party which is created for different sales area then the
system redetermines the sales area(takes sold to party sales
area) and a dialog box appears displaying this information

details while creating sales order, soon after we enter
customer number or name itself, system derives the sales area
data automatically.
