Since returns from the customer are usually examined, the quantity returned is first posted to blocked stock returns. As is the case with goods receipt blocked stock, blocked stock returns are neither valuated nor do they count as unrestricted-use stock.

If an examination proves that the returned quantity should be taken over into unrestricted-use stock, you enter the transfer to unrestricted-use stock in a second step. It is at that time that the valuation of the goods receipt occurs.

Depend Upon the Movement type attached to schedule line (DN) of return order.
651: STOCK ADDED TO BLOCK.
653: STK ADDED TO Unrestricted
655: STK ADDED TO QUALITY INSPECTION
657: STK ADDED TO BLOCK.

And for Physical Storage point of view it stored at Storage location / warehouse (Storage Bin).

Process is: first it comes to 651 then transfer to 655 if materials are in good condition then move to 653 if not in good condition (not usable) then 657 after that it become scrap.

Hi Friends, I have configured new material determination procedure. I have done all the required prerequisites /settings in IMG Screen and Easy access which are essential for new material determination. when creating a sales order in t-code VA01 I am receiving an error message which says " Mandatory condition MWST is missing" while trying to save the order. I tried to fill it manually but it does not allow me to fill it manually in the item conditions Screen. It says data incomplete so I cannot save the order. Even though it lets me to save the order I cannot further reference this sales order to delivery , Transfer order, Post goods Issue & Billing etc. What should I do get rid of this error? Where can I configure this Condition type "MWST"?I am a SAP SD Consultant. I do not have knowledge in SAP-FICO. Plz guide me step by step process.
