When a sales order contains normal(norm) and third party
items(bans) how does the material reacts? Next order comes
as make to order(0001), another is BOM. So every time we
have to change the item category group in mm02 OR is there a
process to expand the same material with norm, bans, 0001,
erla?

It can be done in the Item Category Determination provided the Item Categories are defined.

Suppose your Detemination is

OR+NORM = TAN (The system offered item Category or the Default Item Category)then in the Alternate/ Manual Item Categories you can give the Item categories as required;; TAS for the Third Party BANS etc. You can give upto 3.

So if you enter an Item with Itm Cat Group NORM ,and manually change the Item Cat From TAN to TAS, the system will still give you a PR No. as it would happen in the case if the material you have entered had the Itm Cat grp BANS.

Ideally we are using 1 item cat group for 1 material.
If the client requirement like this then we can use manual item category determination.

Dear all, I have a problem about Rebate settlement.. I created agreement no. and I do the manual accrual and my account posting is: Dr. Rebate accrual 100 CR. Provision -100 Then I do the partial payment, the account posting is Cr. Customer -100 Dr. Rebate actual pay 100 Cr. Rebate accrual -100 Dr. Provision 100 but when I do the settlement, the account posting is Dr. Customer 100 Cr. Rebate actual pay -100 Cr. Rebate accrual -100 Dr. Provision 100 I want the account posting to be like when I do the partial payment. Could you please give me the advice where I make a wrong configuration.
