Repetitive manufacturing is for contineous products
manufacturing like cement, Iron & steel manufacturing.
No frequent changes in Routing.
Back flushing cab be done. i.e Automatic posting of good
issue and Gr
Less aless of posting and manual interference
The production will be continued for a period of time with
out any changes in the process.
No need of lot siges very frequently
Costin of material is done by Cost controller.

the quantity. we can get the stock without gi & gr. with
help of MFBF we can get the stock as per our
requiremant.before that we need production versions, and
product costing,std cost estimation also done

In Repitative Manufacturing.we dont have make the BOM
frequently.The change in production process is less.It is
Quantity based planing.Material back flushing is after the
process run.

REM IS USEFUL FOR MAKING THE COSTING AND THE MATERIAL USED
WILL NOT VARY ,MOSTLY PLAN IS RUN IN THE MONTH STARTING
LESS BOMS, BUT IN SHEDULING IT WILL AFFECT WHEN BREAK DOWN
COMES FROM PLANY MAINTENANCE .
