Training is a process that involves the gaining of knowledge ,sharpening of skills, concepts ,rules or changing of attitudes,and behaviour to enhance the performance of employees
where as learning is a process that involves gaining of knowledge in self area of interest , from self experience and it is a continuous process.

TRAINING is teaching of skilled works and is passive (making
others/object to act), but LEARNING is studying oneself and
is active (doing by the subject)
Father taught him how to drive the car means FATHER TRAINED
THE SON CAR-DRIVING but son learnt (learned) the
truck-driving himself.

Training: You will learn to do the particular job with the
help of experienced guides. Whereas
Learning: You will learn something from your experience
without anyone's guide.
i.e., you will have support in training
you will not have any support for learning

also perform specfic task sharply without error.
but,Learning takes more timeto aquired about

learning is broader in term but training is a narrower
concept.. learning can take place in absence of training
too, its an ongoing process, but training is always
conducted with an objective to help people learn things

to learn providing a specified time limit. Learning is more
of a "self learning" process which does not have a time
