It is not a good practice to create profiles manually,
if you want to crate at any cost use su03
go to pfcg --enter role--- add transactions in menu
tab--save role ----click on authorizations----- if you click
on profile pfcg automatically creates profiles , it is the
best practice.

Hi ,

To create profiles manually one should make changes by
following below path:

c:/USR/SAP/SID:open the profiles folder in notepad and make
necessary changes and save the file and one can view the
manually made changes in profiles in MMC.

In operation modes i have schedule some jobs in off peak but the jobs are not completed with in time of off peak what happen at this time whether they wait until jobs complet or change to peak mode ? off peak time interval is from 6.0 pm to 6.0 am and peak time interval is from 6.0 am to 6.0 pm
