In a cash sale, the customer receives the goods immediately
and payment is done at the same time. The delivery document
is created. The billing can be done later on.
If and only if the goods are available, the cash sale
transaction takes place. Hence, no availability check is
carried out in cash sale.

Dear Friends,

Availability check should be there but TOR should be turned
OFF at schedule line level.

Other wise how system knows weather material is available
or not.

HI !

There is no need for availability check for cash sale.

because case sale will done only for the readly available
stock materils. So no need to availability check or TOR.

Generally,no availability check is carried out for cash
sales process .If goods are available then only cash sales
transaction takes place .
In schedule line category under transaction flow data ,there
is a field "Availability".If the system has to carry out
availability check for materials and quantity,it should be
checked .
Therefore,for cash sale we have to make "Availability field"
blank/unchecked .

Pavan Is right, in sales order by configuring we can see
directly what the closing stock in plant for the product
based on this we can sell the goods in CS.

for cash sale the schedule line is cs,there u dont find any
availability check, nor requrments checked,nor ur porduct
allocation is also not checked.correct me if iam wrong

Hi

Shakti is right . In cs before configruing the order we
need to know if the given material is there is or not and
based on it we configure the order but TOR sent to MM is
not there . We dont have schedule lines over there as with
scdules lines we define not only delivery date but also
moment of good . Since cs ii basically cash to order or cash
and carry and not crdit check is required so not need for
moment of goods or flow . the custoerm payes the cash and
delivery is done
